| What happens if I book a day trip, and don’t use the return crossing? |
| Day Trip tickets are not valid for single journeys or where the return journey is made on a subsequent day. Booze cruise reserves the right to charge the credit card user for the ticket transaction with the appropriate fare, without further reference, up to a maximum of £177.50, (based on a standard fare) where these conditions are not adhered to. If, however, you can provide satisfactory evidence that the Day Trip ticket conditions have been complied with and you return within the same calendar day, the appropriate refund will be made to you immediately. |

| What are the cheapest times to travel? |
| Prices often depend on the time of day at which the sailing takes place. Peak season & weekend sailings are generally more expensive, as are overnight sailings long enough to permit a good night's sleep. |

| How do I know which ferry company I am booking with? |
| Once you have made your booking you will receive your on-screen and email booking confirmation. This includes ferry operating company, port address, check-in time and other essential information. Also, if you look at the terms and conditions for your quotation/booking you will see the operators you have chosen for your routes. |

| Are my bookings transferable to another vehicle? |
| Yes providing the dimensions are the same as the original. |

| I will be travelling in a rental car. Can I book through the Internet, as I don’t know they make or registration number of the car? |
| Yes, just enter "Rental Car" in the Vehicle Registration fields and expected size of car e.g. small, regular, mpv etc. in the Make/Model fields. |

| If I make an Internet booking, will I receive tickets through the post? |
| No, You will receive an on screen booking reference number, which will also be sent to you by email. When you arrive at the port of departure you should present the booking reference number together with a photo ID and you will be given your tickets. |

| How early do I need to get to the port before departure? |
| Your precise check-in time is detailed on your booking confirmation (on screen and in the email). However, as a guideline with most operators you need to arrive 60 minutes before for vehicle departures, 30 minutes before for foot passengers. |
