Norfolk Line
Norfolk line, a relative newcomer to the Dover cross channel routes, has made quite an impact on the car ferry market.
The Dover-Dunkerque passenger operation was inaugurated in May 2000 and the service will shortly celebrate its third anniversary.
The fleet currently consists of 3 vessels – The Northern Merchant, The Dawn Merchant, and The Midnight Merchant, and allows for up to 10 sailings daily, offering one of the most modern services across the channel.
During the 120-minute crossing, you can take advantage of the Norfolk line vessels’ modern features including a spacious lounge, restaurant, sleeper seats, bar, bureau de change, satellite television, video lounge and a shop.
Norfolk line concentrates on the needs of motorists and their passengers, accommodating cars, caravans/trailers, motor homes and motorcycles and do not carry foot passengers or coach groups. This means no long queues at the bar or restaurant and no crowded gangways.
